The Essential Agricultural Materials Support Act, which passed through the National Assembly that day, is scheduled to be implemented starting December next year. Until now, due to global financial crises or international tensions such as the Russia-Ukraine war, the prices of raw materials have surged, leading to abnormally rising prices of agricultural materials used in farming, impacting the operating costs of farms.
