HCM, Vietnam Poultry Association (VIPA) coordinated with Boehringer Ingelheim Vietnam Veterinary Medicine Company Limited and Viet Phap International Company Limited (Viphavet) to organize the Forum "Vietnam Egg Industry - Ready for integration ”. The forum attracted the participation of many major egg producers in Vietnam. Mr. Phan Van Luc, Vice President and General Secretary of VIPA, said that poultry egg production in the period 2018-2022 will grow on average 8.8%/year. Of which, chicken eggs account for 65% with an average growth rate of 11%/year over the period. Poultry egg production in the first 9 months of 2023 is estimated to reach 14 billion eggs, an increase of 5.6% over the same period in 2022.
