The Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) is not just a budget, but the compass that determines the direction of the European Union for the next seven years. Around this idea, Bulgarian MEPs Ilhan Kyuchyuk and Petar Vitanov united during an event within the "Democratic Mosaic" festival, which took place in the center of Sofia on September 26.
