The former president of MAS Evo Morales has proposed the establishment of a Ministry of Livestock to focus on exploiting markets in China and Russia. He also suggested the use of cassava flour in place of wheat to reduce subsidy costs and create job opportunities. Morales made these suggestions after meeting with producers from various regions of Bolivia, intending to expand meat export to these countries. Additionally, he recommended a 0% interest credit for the production of corn to address the shortage and reduce the strain on the national economy.
