Export of meal from Ukraine to China: Clarification on the extension of capacity registration

The State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection clarified the procedure for extending the registration of Ukrainian feed producers, namely sunflower and rapeseed meal, by the General Customs Administration of the People's Republic of China. As stated in the message of the department, this information was provided by the Embassy of Ukraine in China. “The registration renewal procedure provides for the interested capacity to submit an application for renewal of registration and confirmation in the form of a letter by the competent authority of the country of destination that the production meets the sanitary and phytosanitary requirements stipulated by the bilateral protocols to the territorial authority of the State Food and Consumer Service at the location of the capacity,” the message says.
