The Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Quarantine Headquarters in Korea has announced the opening of the export route for domestically produced melons and melons to Vietnam, and the import of pomelos from Vietnam. The agreement was reached in the plant quarantine bilateral meeting between Korea and Vietnam. Export of melons and melons will be allowed from December to May of the following year, subject to export quarantine requirements. Vietnamese pomelos can also be imported if they meet import quarantine requirements. The Quarantine Headquarters is planning to finalize the follow-up procedures and plans to negotiate the export of Wenju tangerines and kiwi, and the import of lychee and passion fruit.
