Ukrainian butter exports for the first 11 months of 2020 saw a significant decrease of 40.7%, totaling 10.2 thousand tons, as reported by the State Customs Service. The export value was also down by 38.4%, amounting to $ 44.2 million. On the other hand, imports of butter surged, reaching 9.6 thousand tons, which is nearly four times the amount of the previous year. The import value tripled to $ 38.5 million. Furthermore, at the recent GDT auction on December 1, butter prices increased by 3.8%.
