The export of pisco maintained a positive performance in 2025, reaching $9,503,000, representing a 12% growth compared to 2024, when it totaled $8,489,000. The main destinations were the United States, Spain, and the Netherlands, reported the second vice president of the Association of Exporters (ADEX), Carlos Schroth Parra del Riego, during the ceremony for the National Pisco Sour Day. "These figures confirm its projection and the opportunity to continue expanding and consolidating itself as a true ambassador of Peru abroad. The pisco sour is not just our flagship cocktail; it is a living expression of the country's winemaking tradition and the sustained effort of all the actors that make up this productive chain," he pointed out.
