ISEKI Japan Hokkaido Company, under President Katsuya Tsuchiya, located at 2-7-1004-1, Higashi-Machi, Iwamizawa City, Hokkaido, held spring exhibitions across various locations in Hokkaido. On March 24 and 25, an event was held at the Sorachi Central Sales Office, attracting more than 840 farmers in total. In response to issues such as rising prices and delayed product supply, the company promoted "proposals for the future." They highlighted their efforts towards smart farming equipment and decarbonization. The company underwent organizational restructuring last December, dividing the entire region into the West District (Central Hokkaido, North Hokkaido, and South Hokkaido) and the East District (Tokachi and Ohotsku), each with a deputy general manager. The goal is to facilitate the exchange and revitalization of personnel within the region, and to expedite optimal proposals for different farming systems in each region. The Sorachi Central Sales Office, which was visited for an interview, falls under the West Block, an area with a high percentage of paddy fields and a rapidly increasing demand for advanced operational systems. The site has now become capable of immediately responding to on-site requests such as "I want to try direct seeding" and "I want to incorporate drones." Katsumasa Yasui, Deputy General Manager of the West District Sales, felt a positive response, stating, "Each venue has achieved its goals, and the situation is good. There is a sense of purchasing desire, and this venue has also seen a strong start from the first day with orders being placed."
