On January 30, the Forum of Agrarians of the Odesa region took place in the city of Izmail, organized by the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council. The event brought together agricultural producers of the region, representatives of central and local authorities, as well as people's deputies to discuss key challenges of the agricultural sector and develop joint solutions. During the forum, participants focused on a number of issues critical for the region. In particular, there was discussion about the return of funds paid by agricultural producers during the export of rapeseed and soybeans after the introduction of duties, the legal regulation of the use of private land for the construction and maintenance of fortifications, the ban on the import of ammonium nitrate by sea, as well as transport logistics problems, specifically the passage through the Palanoka – Maiaki – Udobne road section.
