Despite the high price level compared to other feed crops, the price of barley continued to rise supported by stable demand, as well as limited supply from both Ukrainian agrarians and the Black Sea region in particular.
Thus, in the ports of Greater Odesa, demand prices for feed barley have increased by 2-3 USD/t and as of February 27, 2025, are quoted within the range of 217-228 USD/t CPT-port.
