SAMSUN (İHA) – In Samsun, female producers have created pickles, meatballs, and hamburgers from oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushroom production tents and a fruit drying facility, brought to life with grant support from Terme Municipality, were visited by Samsun Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Kemal Yılmaz and Terme Mayor Şenol Kul. During the visit, the activities of the women's cooperative that operates the production tents were examined on-site, and information was gathered about the ongoing work. It was noted that female entrepreneurs are not only limited to mushroom production but are also developing value-added products.
