Peru is ready for the IX International Specialty Coffees Fair – Ficafé Amazonas 2025! From November 6 to 9, at the Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza de Chachapoyas, more than 30 coffee organizations will participate with the support of the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida). The presence of these organizations represents the effort of more than 10,700 producer families who today cultivate coffee on 11,967 hectares organized in 112 cooperatives and associations, under an alternative development model that has allowed them to leave behind the dependence on illicit economies and build sustainable livelihoods. In this edition, the cooperatives and associations supported by Devida will exhibit specialty coffees and value-added derivatives from San Martín, Huánuco, Cusco, Junín, Ayacucho, and Puno, departments where alternative development is increasingly consolidated, with high-quality products.
