(Seongju=Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Sunhyung = At around 4:10 AM on the 30th, a fire broke out at a pig farm in Chojeon-myeon, Seongju County, Gyeongbuk.
The fire completely destroyed one pig farm building, which was 337 square meters in size, and 300 piglets perished. No human casualties were reported.
The fire department, which was notified and responded, managed to extinguish the fire in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The police and fire department plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire.
