First fruit and vegetable processing plant in Togo officially inaugurated

The government of Togo has inaugurated its first fruit and vegetable processing plant, which is located in Tsevie. Minister Myriam Dossou-D'Almeida was given the honor of performing this ceremony. The initiative, led by a fund that supports young people in starting up projects, was technically and financially supported by the program for sustainable economic development of the GIZ. The factory will mainly make tomato paste and pineapple juice.
