The project was financed through a parliamentary amendment of R$ 750 thousand, linked to the Rural Development Secretariat. The idea was born from technical missions carried out by the deputy when he was still mayor of Bento Gonçalves. "In 2014, on a trip to Chile, I got to know a bottling station. Later, I saw the same model in Argentina and Europe. Since then, it was clear that our producers needed access to this innovative technology," recalled Pasin. During the ceremony, the guests watched the demonstration of the unit's operation, which will remain on display until the end of the fair. The station has the capacity to bottle up to 450 bottles per hour, executing the entire process: filtration, bottle sanitization, filling, sealing, labeling, and cap application, directly on the properties.
