Flour production in the Yaroslavl region increased by 32.1%

According to Yaroslavlstat, from January to September 2025, the milling enterprises of the Yaroslavl region produced 21.2 thousand tons of flour. This is 32.1% more than in the same period a year earlier. In total, 2,199.9 thousand tons of flour were produced in the Central Federal District over nine months. The top three are Tambov (495.2 thousand tons), Moscow (234.8 thousand tons) regions, and Moscow city (207.2 thousand tons), which together accounted for 42.6% of the district market. By flour production volumes, the Central Federal District ranked first in the Russian Federation. The district closed 31.8% of the country's domestic market (6,925.7 thousand tons). As of October 27, according to Rosstat, the retail price of wheat flour in the Yaroslavl region was 52.84 rubles/kg, which is 7.4% lower than the average for the Central Federal District (57.07 rubles/kg).
