Egypt's Food Industry Exports will discuss opportunities for developing exports to China next Wednesday

The Food Industry Export Council, in cooperation with the Commercial Representation Authority, will hold an electronic seminar entitled "Opportunities for developing Egyptian food exports to China" next Wednesday via video conference, with the participation of the Egyptian Commercial Office in Beijing and the Economic Affairs Adviser of the Chinese Embassy in Cairo. The council said that the importance of this symposium is aimed at shedding light on the important Chinese market, which has a population of about 1.4 billion people. China is also the second largest importer in the world of commodities, with a value of about 2 trillion dollars, representing 10.8% of the value of global imports.
