The article discusses the dynamics of cheese sales and prices in Ukraine. It highlights that the peak of sales in May has passed, but cheesemakers are not experiencing significant difficulties in selling their products. Some have increased the prices of raw materials, which indicates a stable market for them. Despite the high imports, Ukraine's cheese production remains robust, with a total of 9.4 thousand tons of rennet cheeses produced in the previous month. The wholesale prices for traditional cheeses are around 160-170 UAH / kg, showing no significant fluctuations. The cheese trade is expected to remain active in the coming weeks, albeit without any opportunities to increase prices due to high competition and low profitability.
