In 2024, various types of fish, including rudd, carp, crucian carp, mullet, horse, pike perch, and silver carp, were caught in the Lake Khanka basin, the Razdolnaya and Ussuri rivers, and inland waters of the Sea of Japan coast. The largest share of the catch came from Lake Khanka. However, during the spawning period in 2024, there was a 33% increase in violations of fishing regulations compared to 2023, with a total of 328 violations.
