Belarus has introduced a licensing system for the export of certain grains and other agricultural products for a period of six months, effective from March 29. The system, overseen by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, will regulate exports to both EAEU states and non-EAEU countries. The products covered by the licensing include wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, buckwheat, millet, triticale, crushed grain, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds. The decree also lays out the procedures for obtaining these licenses, the grounds for their refusal, and exemptions for exports of international humanitarian aid and goods in transit.
