From working in a quarry to owning one of the most renowned cheese factories in the entire province. It is not many kilometers that separate both counties, in fact, both the cured meats of Serón and the marble of Macael belong to the Valle del Almanzora. But the work journey of Juan Enrique Reverte is light years apart. He hit it right on the mark, as attested by the palates of all those who taste his cheeses.
