At the Expo Junín, in the province of Buenos Aires, Ana Palumbo smiles as she arranges bottles of wine at the stand named Don Bautista. Behind each label that adorns the bottles, there is a story of personal reinvention. Ana is from Junín, but from Buenos Aires, not Mendoza. Even so, she produces wines and plums on her farm. Ana is an accountant and for years she worked in the tax area. "It was very bureaucratic, very tedious, it no longer filled my soul," she recalls, explaining how she went from the northwest of Buenos Aires to the mountainous area to become an agricultural producer. In 2008, during a vacation with her son in San Rafael, Mendoza, something changed. They stayed in cabins on a farm and there was an unexpected desire born: to have one of her own.
