Fruit and vegetable price trends in Italy as of June 17th

Departure of the Apulian Fioroni fig campaign with high volumes. Larger quantities of melons coming in, especially from the Mantua area, both the smooth and netted varieties. The sale of Italian Percoche and Platicarpa begins. Quality still not high for Italian cherries, due to heavy rains. With the arrival of high temperatures, the demand for watermelons increases.
