This is significant as it focuses on concretizing a cooperation model applicable at the regional unit level, beyond discussions at the central government level. Governor Kim Tae-heum met with Governor Sunthana Thammathavong of Bolikhamxay Province in Vientiane on the 19th to broadly discuss agricultural modernization policies, smart farm cooperation, and ways to create investment conditions. The meeting took place in Vientiane instead of at the Bolikhamxay Province office as initially planned due to the governor's attendance at a central government meeting.
