After the removal of a blockade, Ms. Bui Thi Luong of Nhan Hue commune in Bac Ninh saw increased activity in buying and consuming carrots, leading to higher prices. She sold over 4 tons of carrots to traders at 6,000 VND / kg, thanks to the fertile soil in her commune that allows for multiple vegetable crops per year. However, she highlighted the need for improved connection between farmers and businesses for stable outputs and fair prices. The removal of the blockade also resulted in higher prices for other agricultural products like tomatoes and cabbage. Despite Chi Linh City's reputation for poultry and vegetables, linking farmers with businesses for stable agricultural product consumption remains a challenge.
