In the Kyiv region, the company has sections totaling 1,100 hectares under irrigation, and there is also an opportunity to develop irrigation on an additional 2,000 hectares, reports "ProAgro Group". As HarvEast CEO Dmytro Skorniakov said, the implementation of projects to launch irrigation on the additional 2,000 hectares involves several separate stages, which are currently at different stages of preparation. "Our company's strategy at this stage is to increase the irrigated areas by 500 hectares each year. We would like to do even more, but let's say, this is a conservative plan—adding 500 hectares of irrigation per year," he said.
