Akbulut, a graduate of Nigde Omar Halisdemir University, has established a fruit and vegetable drying facility in Turkey, following his interest in frozen produce developed during his time in Italy. The facility, located in the Bor Karma and Deri Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, covers an area of 8,000 square meters and has created 50 jobs. It processes around 2,000 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables annually, producing 200 tons of dried products. These products are sold domestically and exported to countries such as Germany, France, England, and the USA. The facility has received a grant of 1.5 million TL from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and has a production capacity of 800 tons.
