The analysis was released by Meteored Brasil based on a seasonal forecast technical note prepared in cooperation between the Center for Weather Forecasting and Climate Studies of the National Institute for Space Research (CPTEC/INPE), the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET), and the Ceará Foundation for Meteorology and Water Resources (Funceme).
