São Paulo, 23/09/2025 - Heineken is purchasing beverage and retail businesses from a Costa Rican company in a $3.2 billion deal to expand its presence in Central America. The Dutch brewery said on Monday, the 22nd, that it will acquire the assets of Florida Ice and Farm Company, a company with operations spread across Central America, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
