Hinojosa Packaging Group completes the acquisition of ASV Packaging, a French leader in packaging for food and consumer goods, with over 34 years of experience.

The operation marks the culmination of the process initiated in July 2023, following the acquisition of a 49% stake in the French group. Company sources have indicated that this integration "strengthens Hinojosa's presence in France and expands its range of packaging solutions." The group already has seven production centers in the country: a paper mill, three corrugated cardboard plants, and the three specialized in ASV's packaging. With this operation, 200 professionals are added to Hinojosa's workforce, which already approaches 3,000 employees. In turn, Hinojosa consolidates in France a complete range of packaging: individual cases, trays, e-commerce packaging, and displays. The group establishes itself as a leader in packaging, with nine specialized plants in Spain, Portugal, and France.
