The industry, known for its high-quality kudzu, has created job opportunities, especially through the Lemei Geye Professional Cooperative. Yang Yong's efforts to promote kudzu products domestically and internationally, along with investments in research and development and brand building, aim to further expand the industry. In 2021, Teng County planted 80,000 mu of kudzu, producing 200,000 tons and generating over 1.5 billion yuan in revenue, with the industry's national geographical indication certification mark, "Tengxian Fen Ge," marking a milestone in its brand building and market expansion.
