Brazil exported 34,468 tons of “in natura” honey between January and December 2025, a volume 9.1% lower than that recorded in the same period of 2024, when shipments totaled 37,931 tons. Despite the contraction in volume, revenue reached US$ 116,472 million, a 15.8% increase compared to the previous year. The national average price reached US$ 3,379.13 per ton, a 27.5% increase from the value observed in 2024, according to the Conjunctural Bulletin released this Thursday (5) by the Department of Rural Economy of the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply, based on Agrostat Brasil data. In the accumulated total for 2025, Paraná ended the year in third place among the states exporting natural honey, with 5,983 tons shipped and revenue of US$ 20,069 million, at an average price of US$ 3,354.38 per ton.
