The harvesting of grain crops in Kazakhstan is not yet complete due to prolonged heavy rains, particularly affecting the harvesting of corn in the southern regions and wheat in the northern regions. Large agricultural enterprises collected a significant part of the harvest before the rains, but some regions, such as the Kostanay region, still have unfinished harvesting. The government has promised assistance through preferential loans and updating the fleet of agricultural machinery to improve future sowing and harvesting.
