Huancavelica producers sell 48 MT of organic quinoa to agro-exporters in Peru

Producers of organic quinoa from Huancavelica, managed to sell more than 40 tons of quinoa directly to agro-export companies and without intermediaries, obtaining better income for their families. It was possible thanks to the intervention of the Quinoa Project of the Regional Management of Economic Development. This sale benefited more than 40 producers in the province of Angaraes, who sold the 'Grano de Oro' to the company Olam Global Agri Perú SAC.
