Hundreds of ballots burned, losses reach 100 thousand PLN

A total of 400 pieces of straw and hay were lost in a fire that broke out in Greater Poland. The losses amounted to approximately 100 thousand zlotys, while the saved property was estimated at approximately 400 thousand zlotys. When a report about a straw fire in a barn in the village of Wróblewo came to the on-duty officer from the State Fire Brigade Command Post in Szamotuły (Greater Poland Voivodeship), he immediately dispatched firefighters there. He dispatched three units from the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Szamotuły, as well as volunteers from the Volunteer Fire Brigades in Wróblewo, Kłodzisko, Ćmachowo, Amica, and Wronki. Police were also directed to the scene. "Upon arrival at the scene of the incident, the firefighters found a fire of bales of straw and hay, which were located under a storage shed.
