Rio, 11/11/2025 - The diffusion index of the National Consumer Price Index (IPCA), which shows the percentage of items with price increases, stood at 52% in October, the same as in September, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).
The diffusion of food items increased from 48% in September to 49% in October. The diffusion of non-food items decreased from 56% in September to 55% in October.
