In a corner of Agritechnica, while the German fair unfolds gigantic pavilions and visitors from all corners of the planet, Fernando Porcel reviews a path that has taken almost two decades to travel. “Our first Agritechnica was in 2007,” he recalls. Since then, the commercial manager of Apache, an expert in agricultural machinery and international markets, has seen the fair and also the way the world begins to look at direct seeding transform. “It is a very important fair, a global fair. Potential clients and distributors from many countries of the world come. It is almost 30 hectares covered, 30 pavilions really well built and with a strong presence of multinational companies and manufacturers from Europe as well,” he describes.
