The Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) has revised its forecast for Russia's agricultural production, increasing the rapeseed harvest projection from 4.45 million tons to 4.51 million tons, and soybean production from 5.46 million tons to 5.8 million tons. However, the sunflower harvest forecast remains unchanged at 16.35 million tons in test weight, despite potential yields loss due to prolonged rains and difficult harvesting conditions in several regions. IKAR expects the total oilseed crop for 2022 to exceed 28 million tons, a significant increase from 2021's 24.8 million tons.
