[Korean Farmers' Newspaper, Reporter Gu Jeong-min] The Jeonbuk Iksan Food Integrated Support Center (Center Director Kim Wan-su) successfully held an exchange event last weekend for local food producers and consumers. The event, which took place in the vicinity of the Iksan Local Food Direct Sales Office, Mo-hyeon branch, was organized into three booths: kimchi-making experience, family experience, and farm experience. The kimchi-making experience booth, which received the most attention, saw over 100 participants, including 45 who had signed up in advance and 55 who joined on the spot. Conducted for the fourth time, the booth featured a recipe explanation by instructor Kim In-sun, and participants were given 2 kg of kimchi to experience. The family experience booth offered activities such as making tofu pudding and wasong cookies, while the farm experience booth featured sweet potatoes.
