Russia has experienced a significant increase in imports of fresh ginger and garlic, with a 36% and 25% rise respectively from the same period last year, reaching 10.4 thousand tons and 59.1 thousand tons respectively by October 25. The import of ginger peaked in March and April, while garlic imports saw a decrease in the summer but surged by 50% since August. Lemon imports also saw an increase in certain months, but the overall volume remained similar to the previous year.
