In 2024, Ukraine experienced an 8% increase in dairy product imports from the European Union, totaling around $277 million. The majority of these imports were cheese, with a total value of $225 million. This rise in imports signifies a growing demand for EU dairy products in Ukraine. The European Union continues to be a significant supplier of dairy products to Ukraine, contributing to the diversity and quality of products available in Ukrainian stores. The increase in import volumes has had a positive effect on trade relations between Ukraine and the EU.
