In 2025, Russia may produce 929,000 tons of mayonnaise — experts

The director of the agricultural competence center at Rexoft Consulting, Andrei Kucherov, cites the increase in exports as a factor in mayonnaise and sauce production growth. According to the Agroexport center, in January-February, Russian companies exported 15,500 tons of mayonnaise products, which is 20% more than a year earlier. For the entire year 2025, exports may reach 135,000 tons, increasing by 12.5% year-on-year, according to OleoScope's forecast.
