According to the Monitoring Group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, by 2025, the Russian Federation had attacked vessels in Odessa ports and the Black Sea waters 22 times, both directly targeting the ships and the port infrastructure in general, damaging 30 civilian vessels, 8 floating devices (barges and pontoons), and 1 military ship, reports Economic Truth. Among the crews of the ships and the workers of the port infrastructure, there were fatalities and injuries.
