Crimean farmers have completed harvesting apples, collecting about 138 thousand tons from an area of just over 4 thousand hectares, which is 9% more than last year. The harvested products are sold both throughout the republic and in other regions of the country, with financial support for gardening increasing from 61.9 to 931.8 million rubles since 2014. By the end of 2023, it is planned to plant more than 900 hectares of fruit orchards in Crimea, stimulating the development of nursery farming and replacing imported seedlings with domestic ones.
