Ahead of the winter of 2025-2026, active work continues on the procurement of feed for farm animals.
According to information from local executive bodies, 22.3 million tons of hay have been procured (91% of the plan), almost 1.8 million tons of silage (102.5%), 1.2 million tons of concentrated feed (21%), 700 thousand tons of silage (34.4%), and over 1.6 million tons of straw (34.9%).
Active work has been noted in the North Kazakhstan region (115.2%), Akmola, Kostanay, East Kazakhstan regions, and Shymkent city (100%), as well as in Zhetysu (99.5%).
The specified volumes of procured feed allow for ensuring full feeding with the achievement of planned production and offspring volumes, as well as the overall preservation of livestock.
Overall, the situation regarding feed supply in the republic is stable.
