In Malatya, the University and the Stock Exchange signed a cooperation protocol for the effects of agricultural frost.

A protocol was signed between the Malatya Trade Exchange and Inönü University for the 'Analysis of the Impact of the Agricultural Frost Disaster on the Social and Economic Life of Malatya'. The signing of the protocol at the Trade Exchange was attended by Malatya Trade Exchange Board Chairman Ramazan Özcan, Inönü University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Gökhan Tuncel, Deputy Dean Murat Sezik, Department of Economics Chair Prof. Dr. Ahmet Uğur, and Economics Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Tayfur Bayat.
