The peanut harvest has started in Osmaniye, where 90% of Turkey's peanut cultivation, processing, and marketing takes place. In the city, 350 businesses produce peanuts, while approximately 3,500 families earn their livelihood from this crop. This year, it is reported that the cultivation area and yield have increased. The harvest began in the field of Habil Öztürk in Kırmıtlı village, where farmers expressed satisfaction with the yield and wished for a bountiful season.
