In the Nikolaev area of Ukraine, farmers are actively sowing crops despite ongoing hostilities, with over 30% of the land already sown in the Bashtansky district and 59% in the Voznesensky district as of April 18. Despite some challenges with plant protection products and fuels, farmers have prepared seeds and fuel in advance. The sowing process has been delayed and suspended due to rain and previous field storms, but farmers are resiliently continuing their work, with support from mechanics and internally displaced persons.
