This is 4.4% lower than the all-Russian level (77.35 RUB/L) and 0.7% lower than the average for the Volga Federal District (74.40 RUB/L). The cheapest diesel fuel in the district could be purchased in the Ulyanovsk region (72.51 RUB/L), and the most expensive was in the Perm Krai (77.48 RUB/L).
